Montoya began his career in financial planning and focuses on delivering thoughtful, personalized service. He joined Savant in 2025 after working for financial firms in Illinois and Colorado.
To earn his Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, Montoya completed the Wealth Management Theory and Practice executive program through Yale School of Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Colorado State University.
Montoya lives in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and supporting his kids’ activities.
