Austin Flower serves as a client discovery advisor in Savant’s Middleton, Wisconsin, office, where he focuses on building relationships and guiding prospective clients through their first interactions with the firm. In this role, Austin acts as an initial point of contact, introduces Savant’s comprehensive planning resources, and connects individuals and families with advisors across the firm’s national network.
Before moving into his current position, Austin supported clients on Savant’s University Wealth Management team, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning and client service. Earlier in his career, he completed an internship with Primerica Financial Services in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he developed a foundational understanding of the financial services industry.
Austin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. While there, he competed on the school’s NCAA Division III football team, an experience that shaped his discipline and team-oriented approach.
He enjoys spending time with family, weightlifting, and following the game of golf.
