Caitlyn has been involved in the tax and accounting industry since 2018. She was a staff accountant for Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs, from 2019 until it joined with Savant Tax & Consulting in 2023.

Caitlyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of CPAs (DSCPA). She earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from Wilmington University in Georgetown, DE.

Caitlyn and her boyfriend Hunter have two children, Bridget and Ashton. The family enjoys traveling, watching movies, and finding new spots for hiking and strolling.
