Wayne is a managing partner and financial advisor in Savant’s Birmingham, AL office. He has a membership interest in Savant.
Wayne has dedicated his career to helping families and business owners design thoughtful, values-based financial plans that reflect their life goals. Since entering the financial services industry in 1988, he has walked alongside clients through complex life transitions – always with a goal of helping preserve the legacy they hope to build and pass on to future generations. His background includes extensive experience advising physicians and entrepreneurs.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Wayne is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Wayne co-founded Bridgeworth Wealth Management in 2008, where he served as a partner, chair of the Finance Committee, and a member of both the Investment and Steering Committees. In 2023, Bridgeworth joined forces with Savant, where Wayne is committed to helping serve clients with the same care and insight.
Wayne earned a bachelor of science degree in business from Auburn University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama. In recognition of his commitment to excellence, Forbes named him a Best-in-State Wealth Advisor in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Wayne is actively involved in his community and mission work, and attends Auburn Community Church. He and his wife Anna have two married children and enjoy traveling, attending Auburn sporting events, and spending time with their family and friends.
