Hanna Gomez is a financial advisor at our Westwood, Massachusetts, office. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she is knowledgeable in many areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Born in Colombia, Hanna moved to Framingham, Massachusetts, in 1997 and quickly developed a passion for learning. She earned a bachelor’s degree after studying at the University of Massachusetts and later transferring to Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, to major in economics and finance.
Hanna’s interest in wealth management grew during an internship at a financial planning firm in Wellesley, where she assisted advisors and saw firsthand how thoughtful planning shapes long‑term success. After graduation, she joined Brown Brothers Harriman and prepared financial reports for alternative investment funds.
She began her Heritage Financial career in 2016 as a paraplanner supporting several wealth management teams. She soon advanced to wealth advisor, taking an active role in client meetings, managing day-to-day requests, and coordinating with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to build cohesive financial strategies. In 2023, she was promoted to senior advisor, where she led client relationships and spearheaded the Heritage Generations Group, whose mission is to help the adult children of clients with their personal finances. She started working at Savant when Heritage joined the firm in 2026.
When she’s not collaborating with clients, Hanna spends time with her husband, their children, Liam and Camila, and the family dog, Mylo.
