Hayley Norton is a senior manager for Savant Tax & Consulting in the Iowa City, Iowa, office. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she works closely with clients on tax planning and consulting strategies to help them navigate complex financial decisions.

Hayley began her career in 2009 as an intern at Terry Lockridge & Dunn and joined the firm full-time in 2012. She continued her work there until the firm merged with Savant in 2022.

She earned both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Iowa. When not in the office, Hayley enjoys volleyball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
