Overview

Jack Brod serves on Savant’s Board of Managers, where he helps guide the firm’s strategic direction and growth. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Jack brings leadership experience in financial services, wealth management strategy, financial technology, and advisor development.

Jack built a distinguished career at Vanguard. He led the development of the firm’s retail advisory services and transformed Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services division, helping grow the business from $300 billion to more than $1 trillion in assets. He also led Vanguard’s Corporate Strategy Group, where he helped shape initiatives involving international expansion, exchange-traded funds, intermediary distribution, and new product development.

Today, Jack teaches, consults, supports economic development efforts in his local community, and advises and invests in financial technology companies. He also serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, reflecting his ongoing commitment to innovation and leadership across the financial services industry.

A former chair of the CFP Board of Directors, Jack frequently speaks at industry conferences and appears in financial media outlets to discuss trends shaping the financial advice profession. He is also known for his work with the Net Promoter System^SM and its role in helping to improve client experience and business performance.

Jack earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
