Jack teaches, consults, supports economic development in his county, and advises and invests in financial technology companies. He retired from a stellar career at Vanguard, where he led the development of retail advisory services. Jack transformed Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services division, helping to grow the business from $300 billion to over $1 trillion. He led the company’s Corporate Strategy group to help shape and form strategy for international expansion, U.S. ETF market development, intermediary distribution, and new product development.
Jack serves as a director on several boards, including the CFP Board of Directors. He is a noted expert on the Net Promoter SystemSM and speaks about trends in the advice field at industry conferences and in the financial news media.
Jack is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
