Jerry is a lead and financial advisor in Savant’s St. Charles, IL office and Rockford, IL headquarters. He has a membership interest in Savant.
Jerry advises individual clients as well as retirement plans and not-for-profit organizations.
As is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®), and Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®), Jerry is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Jerry has been involved in the financial services industry since 1991. Prior to joining Savant, he was vice president of the Financial Communications Group at Ibbotson Associates in Chicago, where he was responsible for the development, sales, and delivery of analytical and presentation tools that focused on asset allocation, mutual fund selection, disbursement planning, wealth forecasting, and other financial planning techniques. Jerry trained thousands of financial professionals worldwide each year. Before that, he was a senior manager in the Financial Planning Solutions Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and a retirement specialist at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Jerry is frequently quoted in a variety of national publications. He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jerry and his wife Stefanie have three children. He enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his family.
