Jessica is a manager of Savant Tax & Consulting in our Dover, DE office. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor for desktop and online.

Jessica has been involved in the accounting industry since 2007. She was a manager for Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs, until it joined with Savant Tax & Consulting in 2023.

Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA). She serves as the treasurer for the Campus Community Charter School board of directors in Dover. Jessica is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Central Delaware, a leadership development program hosted by the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.

Jessica earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and management from Wesley College (now Delaware State University) and a not-for-profit certification from the AICPA.

Jessica is a Delaware native and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys cross stitch, mystery novels, and jigsaw puzzles.
