John J. Grande

John Grande serves as director of personal risk management and insurance at our Middleton, Wisconsin, office. He focuses on helping individuals and families integrate insurance into their broader financial planning strategy.

John has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. Before joining Savant, he served as a regional insurance director for a national bank. In addition to his work at Savant, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science (MS) in financial services from The American College of Financial Services. He also earned the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations.

When John steps away from financial planning and teaching, he and his wife seek out great meals, whether they cook at home or discover new restaurants. They balance their culinary adventures with plenty of pickleball.
