Keith Taylor

Keith Taylor serves on Savant’s Board of Managers and brings extensive leadership experience in asset management, private equity, and financial services. Keith is a managing director of The Cynosure Group, a Salt Lake City-based asset manager and investment adviser to the Eccles family and other large family offices.

Before joining Cynosure, Keith spent nine years as a managing director at The Carlyle Group in Washington, District of Columbia, where he helped manage two private equity funds within the firm’s Global Financial Services Fund Group. He led sourcing efforts in the asset management and wealth advisory industries and played a key role in several of the firm’s financial services investments.

Earlier in his career, Keith worked as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs and held similar roles with JPMorgan Chase and J.P. Morgan.

Keith also serves on the boards of Brand Group Holdings Inc., Avalon Advisors, and Conifer Securities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Kentucky, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
