Michael has been involved in the financial services industry since 2013. He was a relationship manager for Capital Directions from 2017 until it joined with Savant in 2023. Prior to joining Capital Directions, Michael was a wealth management advisor for a national audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firm, where he served high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, family office, and institutional clients.

Michael earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and finance with a concentration in financial planning from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL, where he was a three-year captain of the men’s golf team, earned CCAC all-conference honors, and was a co-founder of the student-led investment fund. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Michael is an active member of North Fulton Community Charities’ Emerging Leaders Council and serves as the group’s treasurer. He and his wife Nicole have a daughter and live in Alpharetta, GA. Michael is a diehard Detroit sports fan and in his free time enjoys playing golf, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family at Torch Lake, MI.
