Nicole Prouty is Savant’s chief of staff and director of strategic management, based in our Lincolnshire, Illinois office. She leads the firm’s Strategic Management Team and serves on the Operating Committee, providing cross-firm visibility into enterprise priorities.
Nicole works closely with executive leadership to shape and advance Savant’s strategic agenda, including accelerating organic growth, integrating acquisitions, and building a unified operating platform that enables the firm to scale. Her work focuses on connecting leadership priorities across teams and ensuring the firm’s growth strategy, technology platform, and service model evolve together.
She is particularly focused on initiatives that expand advisor capacity, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and support the firm’s long-term platform vision, including AI-enabled capabilities that enhance both the advisor and client experience. A certified Project Management Professional® (PMP®) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) coach, Nicole brings a structured, outcomes-focused approach to strategic leadership and alignment.
Nicole has more than 20 years of experience leading high-stakes, complex, large-scale initiatives at Fortune 1000 companies. Serving as client services director at EHS Partners, a boutique management consultancy, she spearheaded performance improvement programs for major financial institutions, including Bank of America, PNC Financial, and BNY Mellon, driving sustainable earnings and long-term operational impact.
Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and history from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University in Washington, D.C. A committed advocate for the arts and arts education, she enjoys Chicago’s vibrant theater scene. When she steps away from strategy and planning, you can often find her by the lake or in the garden, spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Fred.
