Nicole Prouty is Savant’s head of enterprise strategy and change management, based in the firm’s Lincolnshire, Illinois, office. She leads the Enterprise Strategy team and serves on Savant’s Operating Committee, partnering with executive leadership to help shape the firm’s strategic priorities and translate long-term vision into scalable execution.

Nicole leads the disciplines of enterprise strategy, change management, and strategic governance, ensuring the right operating model, platform capabilities, and organizational evolution support the firm’s priorities. Her work spans the firm’s most significant enterprise initiatives, including platform strategy and modernization, AI adoption, advisor productivity, and operating model transformation.

A certified Project Management Professional® (PMP®) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) coach, Nicole has more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise transformation and large-scale strategic initiatives across Fortune 1000 organizations. She specializes in translating complex enterprise challenges into clear strategic direction and building governance structures that help organizations execute with focus, accountability, and long-term impact.

Before joining Savant, Nicole served as client services director at EHS Partners, a boutique management consultancy, where she partnered with executive leaders at major financial institutions, including Bank of America, PNC Financial, and BNY Mellon, to improve strategy execution, operating performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and history from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University in Washington, D.C. A committed advocate for the arts and arts education, she enjoys Chicago’s vibrant theater scene. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the lake or in the garden with family, friends, and her dog, Fred.
