Nicole has over two decades of experience managing high-stakes, complex, and large-scale projects. At Savant, she directs the Strategic Management team in the planning, execution, and communication of strategic initiatives and programs. As Chief of Staff to the Head of Wealth, Nicole plays a key role in defining business priorities, fostering team engagement, and implementing communication strategies that drive performance and enhance alignment across advisory and the broader organization.
Prior to joining Savant, Nicole served as the client services director for EHS Partners, a boutique management consultancy. In this role, she spearheaded performance improvement initiatives for leading financial institutions including Bank of America and PNC Financial, driving measurable results and long-term success.
Nicole earned a bachelor of science degree in communications and history from Northwestern University and a master of public administration (MPA) degree from American University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) coach, reflecting her commitment to delivering impactful, results-driven solutions.
A passionate advocate for the arts and arts education, Nicole enjoys Chicago’s vibrant theater scene. When not focused on what’s “on stage,” she spends time lakeside or in the garden with family, friends, and her adorable dog, Fred.
