Peter J. Dorsey

Pete is a Fortune 500 and fintech executive leader with a 30-year track record of leading teams and individuals to execute large strategic initiatives. Most recently, Pete served as executive vice president for LPL Financial in San Diego, where he was responsible for leading the Financial Institution channel, which included over $1 billion in revenue, 7,800 advisors, and nearly $150 billion in managed assets. Before that, he was the Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer for Altruist in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and all aspects of revenue and profitability. His duties spanned marketing, product management, and distribution. His experience also includes a 15-year stint with TD Ameritrade Institutional in San Diego, where he was managing director of sales and client management, and managing director of operations, where he oversaw client service, trading, fixed income, and risk management.

Peter earned a bachelor of arts degree in applied economics from St. Anselm College and a master of business administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine University.
