My father’s recent passing prompted me to take a course in legacy planning to help my mom. I now realize how important it is for wives and daughters to be educated and involved in household financial decisions. My goal is to empower women to do just that.

Ritu joined the financial services industry after a 20+ year career as an entrepreneur in technology and a background in engineering. She brings a unique perspective and a diverse skillset with a focus on client service and leveraging technology to meet client needs. Ritu is knowledgeable in all facets of financial planning and is particularly passionate about helping women and couples create a customized financial path tailored to their specific goals. Through her own personal hurdles, Ritu learned firsthand how vital it is for women to fully understand their investments and future financial plans.

Ritu serves as a board member for American India Foundation in Chicago. She is a member of Cents of Self, a Savant initiative that inspires, informs, and empowers women to pursue their best financial futures. Ritu is an IRS-certified volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to help with tax preparation services for low-income families.

Ritu has lived in India, the Middle East, and Australia and is fluent in English and Hindi. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband who is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. They have two children, one in college and one in high school. Ritu loves to play tennis, paddleball, and pickleball in her free time.
