Robert “Bob” Weisse serves as managing partner, financial advisor, and senior investment strategist in our Westwood, Massachusetts, office. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®), Bob is knowledgeable in many areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Bob is a Massachusetts native whose passion for investing began early. In middle school, his father explained that Bob’s savings account was invested in a stock mutual fund, which meant he was an owner in many of America’s best companies. The idea that everyday businesses could create long-term wealth fascinated him, and from that moment on, he was hooked on investing.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he played baseball and prepared for a career as an entrepreneur. Drawn to environments where he could see the direct impact of his work, he joined Heritage Financial as a research analyst, seeking hands-on experience and meaningful client relationships.
Early in his career, Bob contributed across many areas of the business, including investment research and decision-making. Over time, he became Heritage’s chief investment officer, responsible for designing and managing portfolios to meet return objectives while helping to minimize risk. He joined Savant in 2026 when Heritage joined the firm.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and young family. He is actively involved in his local church and youth sports, where he can often be found on the court or field coaching.
