Suzanne Hornick works as a financial advisor at our Knoxville, Tennessee, office. She helps clients align financial decisions with life goals through Savant’s holistic planning process. Suzanne strives to bring clarity and confidence to every client relationship.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Suzanne began her career in accounting before discovering financial planning, a field that combined her love of numbers with meaningful client connections. She joined APC Financial in 1999 and served as the company’s director of financial planning and chief compliance officer when it merged with Savant in 2025.
Suzanne earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed an intensive CFP® professional residency and served six years on the Financial Planning Association of East Tennessee board, including as chapter president in 2020. Her insights also reached a broader audience through appearances on WBIR’s morning show.
When she’s not crafting thoughtful financial plans, Suzanne enjoys life with her husband, Mike, whom she married at Walt Disney World. Their free time is filled with DIY projects, music, local art, wine tastings, beach trips, and hosting game nights with friends and family. They also support organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee, Rise Against Hunger, and Knox Area Rescue Ministries.
