There is no "one size fits all" life plan. It is important to design a plan that is custom to you and fits your goals, but also accepting of the challenges that may come your way. Ultimately, dealing with those challenges can be the most important part of your plan.
Teryn Fitzgerald serves as a financial advisor in Savant’s Rockford, Illinois office, where she partners with individuals and families to design financial plans tailored to their goals and life circumstances. A resident of Milwaukee, she also works closely with those who live in that area. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), she focuses on wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement income optimization, retirement cash flow projections, insurance planning, debt management, and education funding.
Teryn has worked in the financial services industry since 2009 and previously worked as a senior financial planner at Savant, collaborating with the Advisory Team to prepare financial plans and develop tax strategies for clients.
She serves as treasurer for the Young Professionals Board for Special Spaces, an organization that helps design and renovate rooms for children with cancer. Previously, she participated in Young Women’s Alliance and volunteered with Girls Empowerment Network, teaching young women confidence-building and leadership skills.
Teryn earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University, graduating with highest distinction. She holds the Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) designation from the Certified Equity Professional Institute at Santa Clara University.
When she’s not working with clients, Teryn spends time reading widely, crafting, traveling, and walking her spirited Pyrenees dog. With six sisters, much of her free time is filled with family connections.
