Thomas “Tom” Williams serves as a financial advisor in our Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, office, where he focuses on comprehensive financial planning and legacy strategies for families and charitable organizations.
Involved in the financial services industry since 1995, Tom brings experience in income, estate, and gift taxation, guiding clients through wealth transfer, philanthropy, and proactive tax planning. He also advises on retirement cash flow projections, income optimization, insurance analysis, debt management, and education funding.
Tom was a founding partner, senior wealth advisor, and CEO of Domani Wealth until it joined Savant in 2023. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Tom is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He’s heavily involved in his community, sitting on the board for the Caron Foundation and serving on its investment and finance committees. He’s also on the board at Berks Encore, where he serves on its operations committee, and is a trustee for the Marshall Hughes Scholarship Foundation.
When he’s not working with clients or serving in the community, Tom enjoys hunting and fishing and treasures an autograph from President John F. Kennedy.
