Executive Services Center – RSUs

Learn How to Make Your RSUs Work for You

Restricted stock units (RSUs), a crucial part of executive compensation packages, can be both a blessing and a curse to senior leaders like you. Handled correctly, RSUs enable you to share in the success of your organization while benefiting financially from your company’s growth. But RSUs can be tricky, and misunderstanding their key goals and objectives can create confusion when the awards vest.

Leave behind any feelings that the awards cannot work for you! Instead, get the guidance you need to use them as a significant part of your financial wellness. At Savant, our Executive Services Center helps executives understand things like vesting requirements, tax forecasting, and income and cash-flow management related to their RSUs. We’ll also help you avoid surprises and make informed decisions about your equity payments.

Beyond your RSUs, your financial planning should be an ongoing process. Regular check-ins with your financial advisor can help you pursue peace of mind, maintain the successful management of your equity holdings, and save time – a bonus for busy leaders like you.
