Overview
Adam Glassberg serves as a lead advisor and financial advisor in Savant’s Downers Grove, Illinois, office, where he focuses on guiding successful professional pre-retirees and retirees toward financial independence. He works closely with clients on comprehensive planning strategies that include wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash-flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance evaluations, debt management, and education funding.
Adam entered the financial services field in 2008 when he joined D3 Financial Counselors, where he later became co-owner before the firm joined Savant in 2018. In 2019, InvestmentNews named him one of the top 40 financial advisors in the United States under age 40.1 In 2026, InvestmentNews recognized Adam as one of the Best Financial Planners in the United States, naming him to its 5-Star Financial Planners list2. Also in 2026, AdvisorHub named him to its “250 Advisors to Watch” RIA ranking, earning him the No. 223 spot in the ranking3.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. Adam is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys staying active through biking, skiing, and disc golf. He and his wife, Amanda, have two daughters, Addison and April. He also loves Chicago’s sports, music, and food scenes, and he often spends his free time experimenting in the kitchen.

AdvisorHub ranked financial advisors on a 100-pt scale in three categories. Scale: relative size of assets, production and quality of service; Growth: relative year-over-year change in assets, clients and production; and Professionalism: regulatory record, community involvement, mentorship and team makeup. Advisors must have at least $150m in AUM, seven years’ experience, two years at current firm and in good standing, and a clean regulatory record with two or fewer complaints and no significant judgments.
