Overview
Kevin is a financial advisor in Savant’s Naperville, IL office. He has a membership interest in Savant.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Kevin is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Kevin has been involved in the financial services industry since 2005. Prior to joining Savant, he was a senior financial advisor with an Illinois based wealth management and financial planning firm. There, he was a member of the firm’s financial planning team and specialized in the development and implementation of wealth management strategies for his clients. In addition, Kevin’s experience includes trading listed equities on the New York and NASDAQ stock exchanges for a firm based in Chicago. There he was a partner, senior equity trader, and trainer and was responsible for managing a team of traders.
Kevin is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the national Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Financial Planning Association of Illinois Chapter. He serves as a director on the board and past treasurer of the St. Charles Education Foundation and as an elected trustee of the board for the DuPage Foundation, is a member of its executive committee, and chair of its investment committee. Kevin is an active member of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Legacy Partners Council, the DuPage Foundation Next Generation Initiative, and the DuPage Estate Planning Council. He was recognized by the Kane County Chronicle as a 2017 “Best Under 40” recipient, an award given to Kane County professionals under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to their profession, company, and community.
Kevin graduated from Indiana University where he earned a degree in public finance. He earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from Northwestern University.
Kevin lives in St. Charles, IL with his wife Jennifer and their four children, Tyler, Emma, Anna, and Michael. During his free time, he enjoys coaching his children in their extracurricular activities, golfing, fishing, and traveling.
