Matt is a financial advisor in Savant’s Rockford, IL headquarters. He has a membership interest in Savant.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®), Matt is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Matt has been involved in the financial services industry since 2005. He is an active member of the Rockford Cosmopolitan Service Club. In 2010, Matt received the Cosmopolitan International President of the Year Award and was recognized by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce as one of their “40 Leaders Under 40.” He is a graduate of Leadership Rockford and the Rockford Leadership Alliance.
Matt earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN.
Matt, his wife Natalie, and their two children, Lily and Harrison, live in South Beloit, IL. He was born and raised in the Rockford area and enjoys sports, history, grilling, and spending time outdoors. He was a college golfer and takes pleasure in playing golf whenever he has spare time.
