ROCKFORD, Ill. (Mar. 24, 2026) Savant Wealth Management, a fee-only registered investment adviser (RIA), announced today that Zach Ivey has been promoted to chief investment and advice officer, a newly created executive role designed to strengthen how the firm delivers integrated, client-centered wealth advice across the organization.

Ivey has served as Savant’s chief investment officer since Jan. 2025 and was previously a financial advisor. Savant conducted a nine-month national search before naming Ivey to the position. In his new expanded role, he will oversee the firm’s wealth advice strategy, aligning advice design with execution and ensuring consistency across regions, offices, and client segments.

“Zach brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and practical experience in how advice is delivered day to day,” said Kevin Hrdlicka, head of wealth at Savant. “He understands our clients, our advisors, and our culture, and he has a clear vision for how we continue to deliver high-quality, integrated advice as we grow.”

The chief investment and advice officer role brings together Savant’s core advice disciplines, including financial planning, investment management, tax planning, risk management, wealth transfer, and other specialized services. While continuing to lead the investment team, the new role focuses on helping improve coordination across advice teams, enhancing the client and advisor experience, and ensuring Savant’s advice platform scales efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Ivey will work closely with Savant’s executive leadership team, advice specialists, and advisors to drive innovation in service delivery, improve consistency, and support advisors with the tools, platforms, and resources they need to serve clients effectively.

“Our clients don’t experience Savant in silos, and our advice shouldn’t operate that way either,” Ivey said. “This role is about helping make sure our advice feels seamless, intentional, and aligned, while giving advisors the support they need to do their best work. I’m excited to help move that forward.”

Hrdlicka said Ivey’s promotion reflects Savant’s commitment to developing leaders from within. “Growing our own leaders strengthens continuity and preserves the standards that define how we serve clients,” he said. “Zach has earned the trust of advisors and colleagues across the firm, and we believe he’s the right person to lead this next phase of our advice evolution.”
