Andrea N. Elliott

Andrea Elliott is a senior practice management analyst based in Middleton, Wisconsin. She partners closely with firm leadership on practice management initiatives, advisor productivity, strategic planning, business development efforts, and projects that help support organizational growth.

Andrea joined Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors became part of the firm. Her professional accomplishments include playing a key role in Exencial’s merger into Savant, helping support employee onboarding, cross-functional coordination, and a collaborative experience for teams throughout the process. She also earned Exencial Wealth Advisors’ Employee of the Quarter recognition in October 2024 and was featured in the firm’s Employee Spotlight in November 2024.

Before the integration, she joined Exencial in 2018 and partnered closely with the firm’s president, serving in a chief-of-staff role and helping lead strategic planning, business operations, and firmwide initiatives. She also supported organizational growth through acquisitions, platform transitions, CRM implementations, and the integration of multiple firms, helping align teams, processes, and execution.

Throughout her career, Andrea has built experience across wealth management, healthcare, higher education, and operations. She has supported financial operations, executive leadership, business planning, project management, and organizational initiatives, bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to her work.

Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She is an active board member and outreach volunteer with Momentum Church in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, where she supports community initiatives that benefit local families, teachers, and students.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, playing pickleball, and watching movies and television. She is also a professional artist who specializes in acrylic painting, pastels, and graphite drawings, and she enjoys playing volleyball and basketball.
