Jeffrey “Jeff” Schatz serves as a financial advisor in Savant’s Manassas, Virginia, office, where he focuses on comprehensive financial planning for individuals and families. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC), he guides clients through wealth transfer and philanthropy strategies, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Jeff worked as a senior wealth advisor for Alliant Wealth Advisors until it joined Savant in 2022. He is active in the financial planning community as a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University, also in Virginia, and a certificate in financial planning from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Jeff and his wife, Laura, live in Fairfax, Virginia, and their adult son resides in Burlington, Vermont. Jeff traded weekly tennis matches for pickleball and enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, live theater, cooking, dining out, reading, and keeping up with new movies and television.
