Kristin Carlton is a financial advisor based in our San Antonio office. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she focuses on helping individuals and families build clear, confident financial strategies aligned with their long-term goals. Kristin values meaningful client relationships and takes time to understand each client’s priorities, family dynamics, and financial objectives. She enjoys helping clients strengthen their financial knowledge and make informed decisions that support both current needs and future plans.

She joined Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors became part of the firm. She previously served as a partner and senior wealth advisor at Exencial, where she worked closely with high-net-worth families, people approaching retirement or in their retirement years, and clients navigating major life transitions. Earlier in her career, Kristin spent more than a decade as a senior financial planner at Netting & Pace, CPAs, developing comprehensive planning strategies that integrated tax considerations, investments, and cash flow management.

Kristin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She remains active in the San Antonio Estate Planners Council and the Financial Planning Association (FPA), staying engaged with the broader financial planning community. She also sits on the board of the San Antonio Area Foundation.
