Raymond “Ray” Book III serves as a financial advisor in Savant’s Dover and Lewes, Delaware, offices, where he helps individuals, families, nonprofits, and business owners navigate complex financial decisions. Ray focuses on strategies for privately owned and closely held businesses, nonprofit organizations, estates, and trusts.

Ray has worked in the financial services industry for more than 35 years. He served as a wealth strategist at Wealth Management Group, LLC, from its launch in 2001 until the firm joined Savant in 2023. He also served as a director for Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs before it joined Savant Tax & Consulting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Professionally, Ray belongs to the AICPA and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA). Additionally, his commitment to community leadership runs deep. Ray is a former president of the Lewes Chamber of Commerce and current treasurer for the Lower Delaware Gridiron Club, the Caesar Rodney–Dover Athletic Club, and First Tee – Delaware. He also volunteers on multiple committees at his church.

Ray earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science (MS) in taxation from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
