Ray is a financial advisor in Savant’s Dover, DE and Lewes, DE offices. He has a membership interest in Savant.

Ray has extensive experience with privately owned, closely held businesses and their shareholders, non-profit organizations, individuals, estates, and trusts.

Ray has been involved in the financial services industry since 1977. He was a wealth strategist for Wealth Management Group, LLC from its inception in 2001 until it joined with Savant in 2023, and a director for Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs which joined with Savant Tax & Consulting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Personal Financial Specialist credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ray is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA).

Ray serves as president of the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, treasurer of the Lower Delaware Gridiron Club, treasurer of the Caesar Rodney-Dover Athletic Club, and treasurer of First Tee – Delaware. He is active on several committees in his church.

Ray earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware and a master of science (MS) degree in taxation from Widener University in Chester, PA.
