Savant Employees Recognized for Earning Professional Certifications

Drake Grindle, a financial advisor in Rockford, earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential from the Exit Planning Institute. As a CEPA, Grindle can further engage with business owners by offering value-added conversations around growth and helping with successful business succession planning. Grindle has been involved in the financial services industry since 2015. He also is a Certified Public Accountant, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Stacy Roggensack, a compliance specialist and document imaging supervisor in Rockford, earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) certification. The designation is given to those who have completed the IACCP® program, which includes a certifying exam, certain work experience, ethics, and continuing education requirements. Roggensack has been involved in the financial services industry since 2006.
Casey Christianson, a financial advisor in Rockford, earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) distinction. The CRPC® program is available to professionals who specialize in creating, implementing, and mainstreaming retirement plans for businesses. To receive the designation, individuals must pass an exam that tests their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations. A CFA® is given to those who have completed the CFA® Program, a three-part exam that tests the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management, and wealth planning, and to those who meet acceptable work experience criteria. Crowley has been involved in the financial services industry since 2016. He also is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Laura Daly, a client services supervisor in Lincolnshire, and Missy Howard, a client services representative also in Lincolnshire, received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation. The designation is an industry benchmark for entry-level financial planning credentials that provides individuals with practical financial knowledge and can be used to assist planners and advisors. Daly has been involved in the financial services industry since 2000 and Howard since 1988.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in the U.S., which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
