Andre is a managing partner and financial advisor in Savant’s Middletown, RI office. He has a membership interest in Savant.
Andre provides comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families, and corporations.
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®), Andre is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, individual income tax planning, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Andre has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997. He served as partner responsible for financial planning and tax services for Corrigan Financial from 1997 until it joined with Savant in 2025. Prior to joining Corrigan Financial, he spent 10 years in public accounting.
Andre is a corporator of Newport Hospital. He is a member of the AICPA, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA), the Financial Planning Association of Rhode Island, and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island (EPCRI).
Andre earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI and a master of science in taxation (MST) degree with concentration in financial planning from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
Andre and his wife Beth have two children, Max and Alex. He enjoys playing golf, running, traveling, and spending time with his family.
