Bryan Rentschler is a financial advisor with Savant, working primarily with clients approaching or recently entering retirement from the firm’s Westlake Village, California, office. He focuses on helping individuals and families grow, protect, and pass on their wealth through thoughtful planning and clear, data-driven decision-making. He began working at Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors joined the firm.
Bryan has worked as a financial advisor since 2018 and has built a foundation in comprehensive financial planning and long-term client relationships. His work centers on helping clients understand whether their current financial strategy aligns with their retirement goals and what steps can help close any gaps.
He regularly guides clients through complex questions, including when to claim Social Security, whether Roth conversions can help reduce lifetime tax exposure, how to plan for potential long-term care costs, and how to evaluate trade-offs between paying down debt and investing. He also helps clients assess real-world decisions, such as whether selling a rental property and reinvesting the proceeds supports their long-term plan or whether keeping the property makes more sense.
Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Azusa Pacific University in California. He and his wife remain active in their church and participate in a local men’s Bible study. They enjoy attending Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Kings games, hosting board game nights with friends, and spending time with their three cats.
