David Poudrier is a financial advisor in our Tampa, Florida office. David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and partners with individuals and families to address key areas of wealth planning. He focuses on cash flow planning, behavioral finance, investment strategy, tax planning, asset protection, wealth transfer, and long-term goal alignment. David prioritizes education and straightforward communication to help clients avoid common financial pitfalls and make informed financial decisions.

Before he began working at Savant in 2026, when Exencial Wealth Advisors joined the firm, David served as a senior wealth consultant, advising clients on comprehensive planning strategies. He started his career at Fidelity Investments in 2010 and has held various roles, including trader, advisor, and consultant. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina.

He gives back through mentorship. David supports the vice president of finance for the Coastal Carolina University Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter with budgeting and career development. David also participates in the USF Personal Financial Planning Mentorship Program, working with students at the University of South Florida pursuing careers in the wealth management industry discussing career paths, resume development, industry trends, networking, and professional growth.

David stays active outside of client work and enjoys beach walks with his rescue dog, Bayley, along with golfing, fishing, serving at his local church, and training for his next race.
