Elizabeth C. Thompson

Elizabeth Thompson is an account manager on Savant’s Retirement Plan Services team in the Atlanta office, where she focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, and colleagues.

Involved in the retirement plan services industry since 2011, Elizabeth supports retirement plan clients through education, responsive service, and a commitment to continuous learning in the retirement plan industry. She helps clients navigate retirement plan administration while seeking to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support long-term objectives.

Before joining Savant, Elizabeth held roles at TIAA, Wells Fargo, and AssetMark Trust. In those positions, she helped develop a broad understanding of retirement plans, including deferred compensation plans and IRAs. She also led initiatives to create standard operating procedures and knowledge resources for retirement relationship managers, helping streamline processes, improve consistency, and support stronger team performance.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from Strayer University in Herndon, Virginia.

When she is not working with clients, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her spouse, daughter, and dog, Charlie. She also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and hosting game nights with family and friends.
