Jacob “JD” Danowski serves as a financial advisor in Savant’s Lincolnshire, Illinois, office. Jacob helps business owners plan for life beyond their companies while working to strengthen the value of their organizations ahead of an eventual exit. He also guides individuals and families through a wide range of personal financial decisions.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Jacob provides holistic planning that includes wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax strategies, retirement cash flow planning, retirement income optimization, insurance analysis, debt management, and education funding.
He entered the financial services industry in 2015. Before joining Savant, he worked in community bank securities sales and trading for an investment banking firm. His background also includes underwriting and sales roles in private mortgage insurance and commercial insurance.
Jacob earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He grew up in Racine, Wisconsin, and now lives in Cary, Illinois. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, traveling, trying new foods, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
