Padman Perumal

Padman Perumal is Savant’s chief operating officer, where he focuses on operational strategy, platform modernization, and scalable growth.

Padman has more than 30 years of leadership experience across wealth management, financial services, and wealth management technology. At Savant, he partners with executive leadership to strengthen operating models, help improve the client experience, and support long‑term business performance.

Prior to joining Savant, Padman served as an advisor to Lovell Minnick Partners, where he supported investment activity across wealth management and financial technology. In that role, he advised private equity‑backed, middle‑market companies on strategy, go‑to‑market execution, product development, and operational scale.

From 2020 through 2024, Padman served as chief executive officer of Masttro Global Corporation, a global wealth management technology platform. He led a fivefold increase in annual recurring revenue, secured the company’s first institutional growth equity investment, and built a commercial organization spanning sales, marketing, and account management. He also institutionalized operations through the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), annual audits, and scalable governance processes.

Earlier in his career, Padman held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse. At JPMorgan, he served as a managing director and transformation executive, where he built and led the Commercial Bank’s transformation office and delivered a large‑scale platform modernization program that improved client onboarding and operational efficiency. At Credit Suisse, he served as chief of staff and head of strategy and platforms for Private Banking Americas, supporting a business with more than $200 billion in client assets and contributing to initiatives that focused on growth, client experience, and cost efficiency.

Padman holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Madras in India and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana‑Champaign. He serves on the board of wealth management and wealth technology firms. He and his wife have three daughters, and he enjoys running, golfing, hiking, cooking, and marathon training.
