Stewart E. Erickson

Stewart “Stew” Erickson is a client discovery representative focused on financial services and business development, working out of our Westlake Village, California, office. Stew began working at Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors joined the firm.

Stew has more than 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience, with a career rooted in capitalization, business development, and executive-level strategy. Before entering the financial services industry in 2022, he served as chief executive officer of The Agricultural Gas Company and previously as president of SEEC Inc., where he built management teams, guided early-stage growth, and supported investor engagement. His work frequently centered on supporting C-suite leaders, advancing new technology initiatives, and connecting qualified investors and family offices with private company opportunities. He is also known for his disciplined, multi-channel approach to cold calling and lead development within financial services.

Among his notable accomplishments, Stew helped capitalize and launch two companies and collaborated with Exencial leadership to develop a proof-of-concept marketing-to-sales program that strengthened client acquisition strategies. Earlier in his life, he served as an elite member of the El Cariso Hotshots with the U.S. Forest Service in Southern California, an experience that shaped his leadership style and resilience.

Stew holds a bachelor’s degree in forestry with a concentration in resource economics from the University of Montana. He remains active in his community through Mission Church, Rotary International, and the Ventura Tennis Association.

A devoted father and grandfather, Stew enjoys boogie boarding in the Pacific Ocean, playing tennis and cribbage, following the Los Angeles Dodgers, and spending time outdoors with his yellow Labrador retriever, Leia. He maintains a whole food, plant-based diet, prioritizes staying active, and is a skilled woodsman and chainsaw operator who values time spent working and learning in natural environments.
