Tony Saltarski is a financial advisor who focuses on retirement and wealth planning and works out of our Plano and Dallas, Texas, offices. He started working at Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors joined the firm.

Tony partners with pre‑retirees and retirees to help align retirement income, estate strategies, tax planning, and cash flow with long‑term goals. He also works closely with individuals who hold stock compensation plans or concentrated stock positions, helping them make informed decisions that support both near‑term needs and long-term financial goals.

Before joining Savant, Tony built a broad background in financial services and advisor leadership. He began his career at Fidelity Investments, where he held roles as a financial services representative and regional investment consultant. He later served as regional director of business development at HD Vest, now Avantax, before becoming a senior wealth advisor and partner at Exencial.

Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their three children, Madison, Lillian, and Trey. His interests include golf, fishing, camping, and cooking.
