Overview
Jakob “Jake” Loescher serves as senior managing partner and financial advisor, leading the advisory teams in Savant’s Rockford and Freeport, Illinois, offices with a focus on comprehensive financial planning and client education.
Involved in the financial services industry since 2007, he works closely with individuals and families to align personal values to build a purpose-driven financial plan. He prioritizes clarity and understanding, helping to empower clients with financial knowledge that matches their desire and appetite for information.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), and Chartered Retirement Plan SpecialistSM (CRPS®), Jake focuses on proactive income and estate tax planning, with specialization in wealth transfer and philanthropy stages.
Jake has earned consistent national recognition for his leadership and client-centered approach. In 2025, AdvisorHub named him to its “250 Advisors to Watch” RIA ranking, earning him the No. 19 spot in the ranking1. Forbes has also named him to its list of America’s Top Wealth Advisors, including in 20262.
Active in the community, Jake serves on the board of directors for the Severson Dells Education Foundation, Rock Valley College Foundation, and the Illinois Area YMCA Endowment Fund. The Rockford Chamber of Commerce recognized him in 2016 as one of its 40 Leaders Under Forty3.
A summa cum laude graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in history.
Jake and his wife, Mackenzie, are the parents of Truman and Cecelia and continue to honor the memory of their son, Theodore. He enjoys hiking, biking, and camping in national and state parks, runs cross country, and helps coach the Rockford Wildcats youth running club, where his children participate. A lifelong music enthusiast, Jake sings and plays piano and guitar.
