Abraham Olalde

Abraham Olalde is a manager of Tax & Consulting, where he focuses on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients from our firm’s Plano, Texas, office. He began working at Savant in 2026 when Exencial Wealth Advisors joined the firm.

Abraham has a background in tax planning for complex individual, partnership, and corporate engagements. Before joining Savant, he served as a tax manager at Exencial, where he reviewed and prepared federal tax returns for affluent clients and provided technical guidance and training to tax staff. He previously held a tax manager role at Cantrell Pearson & Associates, managing tax filings, supervising teams, and working directly with clients on planning strategies. Earlier in his career, Abraham worked at Ernst & Young, advancing from tax associate to tax senior while supporting private client services, multi-state, and international tax matters.

In addition to his professional career, Abraham served in the Texas Air National Guard from 2009 to 2023. During his service, he held roles including aerospace propulsion craftsman and section training manager, where he developed leadership, operational oversight, and training skills that continue to inform his approach to team development and client service.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas, Abraham earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, graduating magna cum laude, and a Master of Science (MS) in accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Abraham is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA). He also volunteers through the Richardson Community Church and participates in the Student Bar Association and Veteran Law Student Association, which support student development and community outreach.
