Kelly E. Gallagher

As a manager for Savant Tax & Consulting in our St. Charles, Illinois, office, Kelly Gallagher works closely with business owners, including partners, shareholders, and sole proprietors, and their entities across a wide range of industries. Her client portfolio includes C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and high-net-worth individuals.

Kelly began her tax career in 2005 after nine years as a stay-at-home mom, starting as a seasonal tax preparer and advancing to leadership roles, including manager, director of business services, and non-equity partner. She earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1991 and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aurora University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University.

She advises clients on entity structure and helps minimize tax liabilities through strategic planning. She also strives to help clients avoid tax surprises.

Kelly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and enjoys spending time with her husband, three adult children, two cats, and a puppy. She’s an avid reader and values family time.
