Joel has been involved in the financial services industry since 2011 and is part of Savant’s University Wealth Management team. Prior to joining Savant, he was a financial advisor for a registered investment advisory firm in the Madison market.
Joel earned a bachelor of arts degree in finance from Augsburg University in Minneapolis. As a senior there, he was named to the Division III All-America hockey team. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®).
Joel participates in the Herb Brooks Foundation, an organization dedicated to help grow the sport of hockey. He is married to Brittni, a pediatric nurse, and has two daughters, Sophie and Charlotte. Joel enjoys traveling with his family, exercising, and baking with his girls.
