As I've grown in my career, I've learned the best part of work is the relationships. Teaching, learning, and growing together as a team are the most rewarding parts of work.
T.J. has been involved in the tax industry since 2017. Prior to joining Savant, he was a tax manager at a national public accounting firm. He has additional tax experience at two other national public accounting firms, including one of the “big four” firms.
T.J. earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master of science degree in accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
T.J. volunteers as a 5th grade basketball coach for St. Damian Elementary School where he attended many years ago. His family is from the south side and suburbs of Chicago and are big Notre Dame fans. T.J. loves basketball and as a coach, he combines his passions of the sport, teaching, and helping other pursue their goals.
