While maintaining a dedicated approach to drive improvements, I recognize the value of levity and try to find humor even in serious matters. I believe that success in the workplace is heightened by a commitment to fostering positive change in our community.

Strategic Initiatives Manager

Aaron has been involved in strategic program and project management since 2016. Prior to joining Savant, he was an implementation project management lead for a local manufacturing company. Before that, he was a strategic program manager for a healthcare system’s northern region.

Aaron earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a master of public administration degree from the University of Illinois Springfield, and a master of business administration degree from Liberty University. He holds a Six Sigma black belt project manager certification.

Aaron serves as the vice president for the Carpenter’s Place board of directors, is a member of the City of Rockford Civilian Oversight Board, and volunteers for the Golden Apple Foundation. He and his wife Janelle have two children, Charlie and Joey. Aaron enjoys spending time on the water, especially waterskiing and boating. Most weekends you can find him on the Rock River or at Lake Ripley. Aaron is simultaneously an avid golfer and an awful one, and he enjoys being on the course with Janelle, friends, and family. At the age of 15, Aaron found his dad’s old guitar and taught himself to play. Twenty years later, guitar remains one of his favorite hobbies. Aaron enjoys reading fiction; Stephen King is one of his favorites. He loves to cook and sit down to a good meal and a great glass of wine.

While maintaining a dedicated approach to drive improvements, I recognize the value of levity and try to find humor even in serious matters. I believe that success in the workplace is heightened by a commitment to fostering positive change in our community.
