Emily has been involved in the customer service industry since 2011. Prior to joining Savant, she was a visual merchandiser for Trader Joe’s. She also has experience as a social media coordinator and a media volunteer in New York City.
Emily earned a bachelor of science degree in public relations from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. She is a first-generation daughter of Peruvian immigrants. Emily enjoys hiking, dance classes, kickboxing, and visiting her friends in New York City.
