Roe has been involved in the customer service industry since 2014. Prior to joining Savant, she was an associate team leader for H&R Block in Harleysville, PA.

The most important people in Roe’s life are her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, who is the love of her life. She enjoys reading, crafts, puzzles, and baking.

Returning to the workforce after 12 years of being retired can be challenging, but when I first spoke with the Savant team, I knew I wanted to be part of this wonderful organization.
