John has been involved in the financial services industry since 1979. He served as executive vice president of Kingston Wealth Management Group from 2007 until it joined with Savant in 2019. Prior to joining Kingston, he was president of a bank in Champaign, IL.

John is a graduate of the School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He is involved with The George R. and Martha Means Center of Entrepreneurial Studies at Illinois State University. He and his wife Andrea enjoy travel, golfing, and visiting their home in Treasure Island, FL.
